FNL is a FREE, informal practice session incorporating skills into games and scrimmages, focusing on having FUN!

Who can attend?

Open to all TCU, Kingsport Rec, and Tribe Soccer players aged 5-14.

A training program designed to help improve a player's first touch, passing ability, awareness on the ball, and ball manipulation skills.
